At Trans Empowerment Project, our learning spaces are built on trust, respect, and community care.
We want you to learn boldly and share widely — but share responsibly.
What You Can Share
We encourage you to talk about what you’ve learned here.
You can:
Reflect on new ideas, tools, or frameworks.
Discuss how your understanding has grown.
Share insights that inspire others to take action.
What You Cannot Share
You may not share the personal details, stories, names, or identities of others who participate in these trainings — whether they are learners, facilitators, or community members featured in examples.
This includes:
Personal or identifying information shared during discussions or case studies.
Details about anyone’s trauma, background, or lived experiences.
Screenshots, recordings, or excerpts from private course spaces without explicit written consent.
Why This Matters
Many of our community members are 2Spirit, Trans, Intersex, Gender-Expansive, Disabled, Black, Indigenous, or People of Color — groups whose safety and privacy are often under attack.
Protecting one another’s confidentiality helps us create the brave, healing spaces we all deserve.
Communications & Mailing List Consent
By enrolling in any course, program, or training through Trans Empowerment Project, you consent to be added to our organization’s mailing list. As part of your participation, you may receive occasional emails from us about:
Updates or changes to the trainings you’ve enrolled in;
New learning opportunities or programs available through our platforms; and
Information about Trans Empowerment Project’s ongoing work, initiatives, and community efforts.
