What People are Saying

This guide is both an invitation and demand: stop normalizing harm and start organizing against it!

This guide is such an important contribution! It holds space for honesty and accountability without shaming, which is so crucial for meaningful allyship. I really appreciate how you center vulnerability of those whose experiences are often overlooked. The emphasis on listening before acting and repair over perfection really resonated with me. One part that stands out for me is how you frame allyship as an act of accountability rather than identity. It reminds me that allyship isn’t a label we claim once — it’s a living practice that requires continuous reflection, learning, and humility. True allyship means being willing to stay uncomfortable, to take feedback without defensiveness, and to keep showing up even when it’s hard or inconvenient. That ongoing commitment to growth, not just good intentions, is what sustains trust and solidarity in vulnerable. Overall, this guide is compassionate, grounded, and deeply needed. Thank you for modeling what allyship and accountability can look like in action.
